Ingredients

  • “Healthy Glow” Shamrock Shakes

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond, flax or coconut milk

  • 1/4 avocado1 handful baby spinach

  • 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract OR 1 drop peppermint essential oil

  • 5 Medjool dates or 1 TBL maple syrup1 teaspooon

  • 1 TBL flax meal or chia seed (optional)

  • Handful ice
