1 cup unsweetened almond, flax or coconut milk
1/4 avocado1 handful baby spinach
1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract OR 1 drop peppermint essential oil
5 Medjool dates or 1 TBL maple syrup1 teaspooon
1 TBL flax meal or chia seed (optional)
Handful ice
