- “Healthy Glow” Shamrock Shakes 
- 1 cup unsweetened almond, flax or coconut milk 
- 1/4 avocado1 handful baby spinach 
- 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract OR 1 drop peppermint essential oil 
- 5 Medjool dates or 1 TBL maple syrup1 teaspooon 
- 1 TBL flax meal or chia seed (optional) 
- Handful ice
